Our Jeep JK Wrangler 2 door rocker armor is made from 3/16 plate. It starts off as a piece of cold rolled, pickled in oil steel. It then goes on a state of the art laser cutting machine. after it is cut from a precisely engineered 3-D drawing it goes to a massive 300 ton press brake. That creates a facet on the bottom edge to match the body lines and to increase strength. Comes in bare steel. Free shipping is only for the lower 48 states. Everything is proudly made in Illinois.
